Dark, milk and white handmade bars, plain or with amazing flavours.

For example dark chocolate with chilli and ginger, dark blackcurrant, milk chocolate with butterscotch, milk lime, white chocolate strawberry with black pepper and white mint to name just a few.

Our chocolate gifts include beautiful hand moulded novelties, for example farm animals, tractors, swans, geese, bunnies, chickens, teapots, Porsches, Jags and motorbikes adorn the shelves in our chocolate shop.

At Christmas we make 3 sizes of snowmen.  Santas are in cars and on motorbikes or on foot.  At Easter we make an assortment of Easter eggs with surprises inside them!

Our chocolate truffles are luscious and include rum, brandy, Irish Cream and many more.

Our regional specialities include the Lincoln Imp Mint in either dark or white chocolate mint or a selection of both.  Plus our selection packs of bars with pictures of the aircraft involved in the Second World War.

We also cater extensively for special diets.  All out products are suitable for Coeliacs and Vegetarians.  Our dark chocolate is suitable for Vegans and for those of us who are Lactose Intolerant as it NO contains milk solids whatsoever. 

People who are diabetic benefit from taking up to 12grams of dark chocolate every day providing that it has over 70% cocoa solids in it.  The chocolate helps to lower blood pressure and lower cholesterol.  People suffering from Type 2 Diabetes should take up to half a flat teaspoon of powdered cinnamon every day in order to expand their arteries and veins, thereby allowing the blood to flow through more easily, therefore helping to reduce blood pressure.  Our dark chocolate with cinamon bars are a perfect treat!

We also DO NOT PUT NUTS into any of our products – our ‘chief chocolate taster’ has a serious nut allergy himself!
