Rick Stein Food Hero since 2003 - "Good-quality couverture chocolate can be found here, with a dark chocolate at 70% cocoa solids and white chocolate with 30% cocoa solids. Special Edition are particularly interesting for their unusual hand-made chocolates; the double cream truffles recently won a Great Taste Award and there are all kinds of unusual combinations to try, such as dark chocolate with chilli or cranberry and nutmeg. For those with nut allergies, this chocolate shop is paradise - nothing contains nuts."

International Expo 2004 - In 2004 we won the Sugar and Confectionery Category with our life-size model of a cocoa pod filled with truffles entitled "The Chocolate Source". The pod is our 'signature' chocolate and comes in dark, milk or white chocolate. They look especially amazing at weddings and corporate events. See ‘The Source’ page for more details.
